Asset Grow Up provides property analysis, investment strategy planning, portfolio diversification advice, and financing support. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any service at our discretion.
All materials, including reports, presentations, graphics, logos, and content, are the intellectual property of Asset Grow Up Inc. or our partners. No reproduction, distribution, or modification is permitted without express written consent.
You agree to use our platform respectfully and lawfully. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or fraudulent behavior will lead to immediate termination of access.
Current fees are listed on our Pricing page. Payments are processed securely via credit card or bank transfer. All amounts are in USD. Business Number (BN): 834-572-619.
If you are not satisfied with our advisory services, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of service engagement. To apply, email your name, email address, and service details to refunds@assetgrowup.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel ongoing advisory subscriptions with 7 days’ notice to the end of the billing period. Used services will be billed on a pro-rata basis.
Asset Grow Up Inc. is liable only for damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Our advice is not financial or legal advice; consult a licensed professional for individual decisions.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be heard exclusively in Surrey courts. Should any provision be invalid, the remainder remains effective.
